Wells Fargo Lead Business Accountability Specialist - Corporate Risk Strategy, Planning and Governance in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Accountability Specialist to join the Corporate Risk Strategy, Planning and Governance team as a primary business liaison supporting the Corporate Risk third-party program.
This Lead Business Accountability Specialist will be part of the Corporate Risk Strategy, Planning & Governance Chief Administrator Office and will report to the program leader supporting various Corporate Risk programs. The role will partner with the various Corporate Risk lines of business to lead and execute the Third-party program requirements for their engagement/relationships. Successful candidates will have prior third-party/vendor management experience, possess demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong communications skills and have experience engaging and working with various levels of business leadership.
In this role you will:
Support the Corporate Risk lines of business maintain compliance with the third-party program policy and requirements for all assigned third-party engagements/relationships.
Work with line of business owners and Supply Chain management to understand, define, and maintain contract details for assigned third-party engagements.
Develop understanding of third-party engagement owning businesses and apply business knowledge to identify and manage risks and issues related to assigned third-party engagements.
Complete and maintain risk profiles and related risk assessments for assigned third party engagements/relationships in the System of Record (STORM).
Monitor third party performance to the contract specifications and report performance information to the engagement business owner.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with Corporate Risk lines of businesses owning third party engagements/relationships.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with Supply Chain, Information Security, BOLT, Beeline support, Compliance, and other governing bodies to meet goals and timelines.
Support the ongoing development of the Corporate Risk Third Party program processes, identify/recommend ongoing process enhancements, identify and resolve issues, and lead operational excellence.
Take an ownership role in execution of the third-party program requirements for Corporate Risk. Support more junior third-party managers in the execution of these requirements and support/lead initiatives to improve existing processes or implement processes/controls to address new or emerging business risks/issues.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Experience working with large data sets
Experience with Third Party Program and/or Wells Fargo Internal system of record STORM
Ability to dig deep into and analyze data while identifying data relationships
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong writing skills with the ability to take complicated topics and translate into an easily readable document.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization
Analytical skills including ability to strategically analyze and interpret data, diagnose opportunities, and provide solutions
Energetic self-starter who is flexible, proactive and detail-oriented
Highly dynamic individual who thrives in an collaborative team environment
Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
Strong presentation skills
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
