Wells Fargo Lead Business Execution Consultant (Video Content Creator) in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant (Video Content Creator) to support the Home Lending Change Management organization in creating impactful, strategic video content for employee training, communication, and engagement initiatives.

This multi-media focused consultant is responsible for developing end-to-end video content, crafting scripts, and designing creative communication content for Home Lending Change Management efforts, across a matrixed organization. This employee will be part of a team responsible for creating, delivering, and managing strategic training and communications for the entire Home Lending Change Management portfolio.

The position will work across Home Lending Change Management to understand the change management framework, associated change/technology releases and develop creative content to help the change community - and a variety of roles across Home Lending - fully understand and embrace new processes that directly impact day-to-day responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and maintain engaging video content that resonates with a variety of audiences

  • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos including but not limited to instructional videos, onboarding content, quick-tips, leadership messaging, and employee engagement-building initiatives.

  • Collaborate and consult with colleagues, partners, and subject matter experts to develop video content and plans

  • Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts tailored to various topics, audiences, and purposes.

  • Design video communication plans and tactics that raise awareness to Home Lending Change Management priorities, releases, and successes

  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery

  • Convert complex information into easy-to-understand, streamlined video/visual content

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and leaders, adjusting content as needed to ensure desired video goals are met

  • Leverage industry expertise to apply impactful trends in video content creation, training methodologies and employe engagement to continuously improve creativity, and effectiveness of video-content approach.

  • Leverage brand guidelines to deliver exceptional content that aligns with enterprise style and visual standards

  • Use Adobe and/or Microsoft software for video development, editing, animation, and sound design

  • Maintain Home Lending Change Management video libraries

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 5+ years of video production experience, preferably within a corporate, training and/or change management environment, or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong video development, storytelling, and script-writing ability, with a focus on creating engaging and informative content that resonates with broad audiences

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Proven ability to manage projects with deadlines, while maintaining high-quality

  • Proficiency in video editing software and ability to leverage Microsoft software as needed to produce video content

  • Strong aptitude for technology

  • Experience with Agile methodology

Job Expectations:

  • This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
