Atterro Medicare Operations Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Are you interested in an outstanding new role working as a Medicare Operations Specialist? Hunter Hamilton is currently working with a leading company looking for a new member to join their team! In this role you will be leading Commercial, Individual and Exchange product filings with designated regulators, including responding to correspondence from regulators in several states. This role also has the responsibilities to coordinate the operational implementation of product or benefit changes within multiple departments. Responsibilities Complete product filings in SERFF and HIOS systems Respond to all correspondence from state and federal regulators regarding product filings Communicate all changes to products or benefits to the key operational team and handle any updates needed with product or benefit changes. This includes written communication, crafting project plan, resolve and evaluate operational impacts, execution of project plan, testing and validation before implementation date, and postproduction auditing. The incumbent leads all aspects of identifying operational impacts, resolving issues, leading project teams, coordinating project activities, and reporting progress to the Vice President of Business Solutions. Coordinate an implementation team to achieve quality, service and efficiency objectives. Ensures process compliance with corporate implementation strategies and initiatives (policies, procedures, and tools). Responsible for knowledge of all Small and Large Group fully insured business. Implement new products or product improvements, including all system set up, training and ongoing maintenance for all fully insured products, both individual and commercial. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a sophisticated, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands. Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and negotiating skills Regularly makes decisions and takes independent action on matters directly affecting strategic goals Able to build and maintain relationships and effectively communicate verbally and written at multiple levels in the organization Decision making / problem solving skills. High attention to detail. Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets target dates in a timely manner. Intermediate proficiency level with Adobe editing, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Required: Ability to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 prior to start date.
