B) Cell culture: assist with media inventory, preparation. Over time learn primary cell culture and maintenance- 35% effort. C) Experiment(s); learn to perform and execute basic laboratory assays including protein quantification (Bradford/BCA), enzyme link immunoassay (ELISA), processing of human and mouse blood samples for assays, immunohistochemistry- 25% effort D) Data analysis and presentation: learn to perform data analysis, illustrations and presentations for scientific venues- 5% Qualifications All required qualifications must be included in the application materials Required Qualification Undergraduate student must be enrolled in an accredited degree program Preferred Qualification Strong ability to self-motivate and work independently; ability to follow detailed protocols and standard operating procedures; willingness to learn and develop new techniques and approaches; excellent organization skills and strong record keeping skills; strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures How To Apply Applications must be submitted online.
