Apply for Job Job ID365341 LocationTwin Cities Job FamilySupplemental Employee Full/Part TimePart-Time Regular/TemporaryRegular Job Code0001 Employee ClassCivil Service Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job About the Job RESPONSIBILITIES: 100% Operations and Coordinating Assist Program Leads and Co-Leads with coordination, administration, planning and implementation of all aspects of programming; Demonstrate effective and efficient communication with program sponsors, monitors, department and program staff at the University and across partnering institutions; Lead and monitor data collection activities; Effectively communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with lead administrative staff in the Administrative and Community Engagement Cores and Research Projects of C2DREAM; Prepare REDCap electronic data forms; Prepare reports regarding progress on Core programs for the project team; Organize and staff team meetings and keep meeting minutes; Identify interdisciplinary and facility resource needs and facilitate implementation; Coordinate UMN and other site program activities; Assist with preparation of progress reports for funders; Assist with data entry as schedule demands; Assist with preparation and presentations of program findings and results; Maintain accurate and complete program records, supplies, and timekeeping tools; Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the programmatic work by offering suggestions and participating as an active member of the project team Qualifications All required qualifications must be documented on application materials. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in public health, clinical research, pre-medical studies, psychology, sociology, behavioral sciences or other social science field, plus at least 2 years of related experience or a combination of related education and experience to total 6 years. Prior experience with data collection, surveys and evaluations; Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Experience following IRB/HIPAA guidelines; Ability to read and communicate in English; Excellent organization skills with attention to detail; Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; Able to work independently; Proven track record of reliability. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an academic medicine setting; Familiarity with the University of Minnesota and University of Minnesota Medical Center; Research and regulatory experience: IRB application and Certificate of Confidentiality applications; Availability to work variable hours including some early evening and occasional weekends; time may be negotiable depending on study needs.
