Requirements & Skills:
50 WPM typing speed.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Must be well organized.
Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
Good understanding of technical drawings and construction documents, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in data entry preferred.
This is a safety-sensitive position
Duties & Responsibilities:
Entering in purchase orders from customers into a custom system promptly accurately.
Reading and understanding the plating specifications that are called out on the purchase order.
Contacting customers with questions regarding their purchase orders via phone call or email.
Communicate with the production and sales teams on special jobs that come in.
Work with your team to ensure all of the orders get entered before the end of the business day.
Maintain email, including answering customers and saving purchase orders in the advanced PO file.
Maintain a clean desk space.
Answering incoming calls via a multiline phone system.
Review the orders that were entered to ensure accuracy.

FORKLIFT OPERATORS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND AS WELL Shift 8am-430pm Pay 18-21/hr depending on experience
