Now Hiring: Paint Prep / Sandblaster in Minneapolis, MN! We are seeking a skilled paint prep / sandblaster to join our team in Minneapolis. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing parts for the paint shop by sandblasting, masking, and cleaning them, ensuring they are ready for refinishing and repair work. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous painting or sandblasting experience looking to work in a supportive environment. Operate pneumatic, electrical, or mechanical tools to prepare parts for refinish and repair. Maintain a steady supply of sand, grit, and other materials in machines. Apply masking film, tape, and rubber to parts as needed. Lift, carry, and set up equipment and parts on racks. Clean and maintain blasting nozzles and other equipment. Perform general labor duties, including cleaning parts and preparing them for the paint shop. Requirements of the paint prep / sandblaster: Previous experience in painting and/or sandblasting.
