Job Description
Checking in patient is main responsibility with direct patient contact
Gather demographics, take insurance, makes sure paperwork is completed. Responsible for checking insurance eligibility. Greeting patients and being a friendly face upon arrival
Can sit out of Minneapolis or St. Paul as home base. Travel is required. Needs to be open and available to go to any location around the Twin Cities
Must have experience with insurance and medical
Must be willing to float to every location in Minnesota: Minneapolis, St. Paul, Burnsville. Shakopee, Buffalo, Plymouth, Woodbury, Vadnais Heights, Blaine/Coon Rapids, Cambridge and Northfield
Mileage is paid – Will always be the IRS rate, which is currently $0.66 per mile
Must have experience with:
Insurance and medical
Understanding/reading insurance cards
Medical Terminology with degree
Must be willing to travel to each location in Minnesota: Minneapolis, St. Paul, Burnsville. Shakopee, buffalo, Plymouth, Woodbury, Vadnais Heights, Blain/Coon Rapids, Cambridge.
Mileage is paid beyond normal commute

Work Environment
Work hours can vary as shifts are rotated so you will not have the same shift all the time.
Schedules are completed 1 month in advance though so you will an idea of the shifts you will be working.
Open 7:00 am; Close 4:30 pm or until the last patient leaves.
On occasion this could be between 5 and 6 pm.
