As the Principal Finance Analyst for Contract Manufacturing at Medtronic, you will play a key role in delivering on the financial commitments, continuous improvements, standardization, and efficiencies across our Contract Manufacturing Finance processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiencies, provide financial insights, and help optimize contract manufacturing operations.

A Day in the Life

  • Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for contract manufacturing operations

  • Report key performance indicators to track operational and financial performance

  • Collaborate cross functionally to align financial strategies in support of business objectives

  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to enhance contract manufacturing processes

  • Utilize knowledge of financial data and data management to develop tools and reporting that more effectively presents financial metrics

  • Assist in development of Annual AOP and Qtr Forecasts

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • Contract manufacturing or related industry experience

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling tools

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

  • Previous experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector is a plus

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
