Coloplast Corp. Professional Education Program Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Professional Education Program Manager Location: Minneapolis, MN, US Job Family: Sales Country/Region: United States The Interventional Urology Professional Education Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive educational strategies and initiatives to support our implatable medical devices. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that HCPs are well-informed, confident and proficient in utilizing our devices. Responsibilities will include leading end to end educational strategy, curriculum and content build, resourcing, budgeting, event planning, execution and effectiveness analysis. As well, this person will be responsible for managing customer relationships to include HCP faculty, APPs, clinic staff, hospital and OR personnel, healthcare administration and purchasing organizations. This person will work closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, and Field Sales teams. Major Areas of Accountability: Design and implement educational curriculum and platforms that address HCP adoption hurdles and learning needs as well as aligns to the annual business plan. Assess the effectiveness of educational programs through feedback and metrics, continually refining content to meet the needs of healthcare providers and adhere to industry regulations Manage all professional education events including annual event calendar build out, content build, event planning and execution, faculty selection and training, post event evaluations, budget and reconciliation process Develop and/or adopt new educational tools (such as simulation, models etc.) needed to effectively meet learning objectives and drive procedural skillset advancement Develop new content for Coloplast Professional Online Portal, our educational resource hub Manage ongoing case observation sites to include faculty onboarding and management, facility requirements, date selection, attendee registration, event logistics, corresponding sales rep training, event execution and budget/invoice reconciliation Maintain close partnership with Marketing Ops team to ensure smooth handoff for event logistics and execution for each event Develop and implement a pre-event and post-event educational pathway that ensures continued learning and engagement before and after the education event has taken place Develop process to analyze resourcing, budgeting and effectiveness of each educational program Cross-functional liaison with sales and marketing to ensure alignment with annual business plan Manage KOL relationships that serve as faculty, proctors and consultants Build and manage relationships with internal and external partners that include medical affairs, marketing, sales, compliance, legal, finance, professional societies etc. Facilitate HCP Contract Renewals in partnership with IU Contracts and Operations Ensure adherence with Coloplast Code of Conduct, and all compliance and legal guidelines Other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications: Previous product launch in medical device space required Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, biologic sciences, health sciences or relevant area is required 10 + years of work experience in a related position such as medical education and/or product launch implementation Expert knowledge of continuing professional education, adult education principles, and instructional design. Well versed in medical education content creation and familiarity with CME/ CE/ CPD standards.
