Data Collection: Research coordinator will be collecting data for research studies, including administering surveys, conducting interviews, and RedCap input Data Management: Research coordinator will oversee the organization and management of research data, ensuring that it is collected, stored, and analyzed properly. This may involve creating databases, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Budget Management: Depending on the organization, research coordinator will be responsible for managing the budget for research projects. This can involve tracking expenses, allocating funds appropriately, and ensuring that the project stays within budget. Ethics and Compliance: Research coordinator will ensure that research projects comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. This may involve obtaining approvals from institutional review boards (IRBs) or ethics committees, as well as ensuring that research protocols are followed. 30% - Administrative tasks Research coordinator will handle various administrative tasks related to research projects, such as maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other team members. 30% - Communication Research coordinator will to communicate with researchers, participants, and other stakeholders involved in the research project. This can include providing updates on the progress of the project, addressing concerns or questions, and facilitating collaboration among team members. Qualifications Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Bioscience with focus in healthcare with related experience, experience with research, able to work 8 hours per week Preferred qualifications: Experience using RedCap About the Department This position is located in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.
