Apply for Job Job ID365300 LocationTwin Cities Job FamilyResearch-Support Full/Part TimeFull-Time Regular/TemporaryRegular Job Code8352P1 Employee ClassCivil Service Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job About the Job 60% Independent Trial Management/Coordination as a Subject Coordinator: Consent patients to participate in research studies Work with providers to determine eligibility for study Schedule and coordinate with patients and care team to ensure all procedures are completed according to the research protocol Work with sponsor to meet deadlines for enrollment and procedures being completed 40% Data Management: Review medical records for data related to study procedures and enter into study database Answer queries or quality checks for data entry Pull data for statistical analysis and assist with analyzing and interpreting results as needed Qualifications All required qualifications must be documented on application materials Required Qualifications: Education: BA/BS degree or a combination of related education and work experience to equal four years. Data Management: Proven ability to manage and enter data accurately, review sensitive records and maintain confidentiality. Must include proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace. Communication and Organizational Skills: Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines and effective verbal and written communication skills (i.e. communicating with diverse stakeholders such as clients, team members, and external partners). Work Environment: Ability to work on-site, required to be in the office Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on the OR schedule. Willingness to travel to community clinics around the metro area; must have reliable transportation. Comfort working in an OR setting and inpatient units.
