Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with our established timeline and incorporating inputs from the rest of the accounting department

• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure precise reporting and ledger maintenance

• Scrutinize financial statements for discrepancies and issues that need to be reported to the CFO

• Review and invoice as necessary all inter-company transactions

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts

• Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team

• Coordinate semi-annual audits and provide assistance to the CFO throughout the auditing process

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in general or tax accounting

• Familiarity with computerized ledger systems

• Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent teamwork skills
