Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to work for a large service client in the Minneapolis, MN area. This group works to service different industries in their fire safety and control systems products. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations and field service technicians while they complete jobs at various clients. This candidate will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining some client relationships.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years' experience in HVAC
2+ years' experience in the management of individuals and jobs
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at a given time.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role Experience leading a large team
Experience operating finance for a department null
