Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Minneapolis, MN.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments; contribute to large scale planning of strategies; design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments; review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures; resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements; collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals; and lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. Telecommuting is permitted up to 3 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related technical field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

4 years of Core Java experience;

4 years of J2EE experience;

4 years of RESTful or SOAP web services;

4 years of experience with Spring, Spring Batch, and Spring Boot;

2 years of Tomcat development or implementation experience;

2 years of Agile experience;

1 year of Splunk experience; and

Experience with Java, JSON, Javascript, Junit, REST, REST web services, Spring Framework, and XML
