Shipping and Receiving Specialist Needed in Minneapolis

$21-26/hr Based on Experience

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and fast-paced individual to join our shipping/receiving department. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking abilities, and leadership experience. This role involves working closely with other team members to achieve departmental goals and assisting with receiving duties.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a warehouse management system for daily planning and shipments.

  • Communicate with the scheduling department to arrange trucks for pickups.

  • Perform custom packaging for large, curved outgoing shipments.

  • Cut boards to custom length to support and reinforce loads.

  • Use tools such as pneumatic bander, screw gun, hammer, and tape measure.

  • Conduct material shipping and receiving duties, including data entry and inventory management.

Hours & Pay:

Monday-Friday

7am-3:30pm

$21-26/hr
