Shipping and Receiving Specialist Needed in Minneapolis
$21-26/hr Based on Experience
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and fast-paced individual to join our shipping/receiving department. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking abilities, and leadership experience. This role involves working closely with other team members to achieve departmental goals and assisting with receiving duties.
Responsibilities
Utilize a warehouse management system for daily planning and shipments.
Communicate with the scheduling department to arrange trucks for pickups.
Perform custom packaging for large, curved outgoing shipments.
Cut boards to custom length to support and reinforce loads.
Use tools such as pneumatic bander, screw gun, hammer, and tape measure.
Conduct material shipping and receiving duties, including data entry and inventory management.
Hours & Pay:
Monday-Friday
7am-3:30pm
$21-26/hr
