Ameriprise Financial Software Engineer in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Ameriprise Financial, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer in Minneapolis, MN to design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts, technology, and project teams to understand business requirements, drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and technology strategies, and comply with the organization's architectural standards. Provide technical guidance to the development team through the full software life cycle. Remote work permitted 2 days per week. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience coding and/or designing in relevant programming languages, including Java. 5 years of experience working in/with mainframe systems and ETL-Informatica. 2 years of experience with the following: working with testing automation, Jenkins Deployment method, and security scanning software.
