Job Title: Engineer, Manufacturing Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345 Duration: 6 Months 11 AM - 9 PM shift Monday through Thursday (training will be 8 AM - 5 PM) 6 weeks of training program Must have operations line support experience - need to be able to jump in and feel comfortable Direct support of production - interacting with production team 70% of the time; working with Operators, being available for Operators support; manual assembly and mechanical understanding needed, material interactions Manufacturing defect investigations Requirements: Engineering degree highly preferred, bachelor's degree required 1-3 years' experience with med device manufacturing required SAP or Windchill experience nice to have Root cause problem solving Interview: Phone screen to start, in person/web interview to follow (2 hours, 4 - 30 min interviews with different team members on same day) SPECTRAFORCE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, disability or veteran status, or any other category protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
