Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Description
As a Quality Engineer, your role will be to perform internal quality assurance audits to assess adherence to standards and our company's internal requirements. You will provide technical quality assurance guidance for investigations and ensure resolution of product and quality system non-conformances. Your responsibilities will also include promoting continuous improvement in our processes and leading continuous improvements projects using appropriate methodology. You will promote our company's quality policy and quality goals, monitor and report quality indicators for the assigned cells, and establish a climate that encourages open communication. In addition, you will review and manage customer complaints and warranty claims, provide root cause analysis, corrective actions, and objective evidence, and document it as required by the customers.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Miramar, Florida.
Work Environment
The role requires a blend of office and maintenance floor environments. Candidates should be willing and open to standing and maneuvering around the facility quite a bit. Paperwork can be conducted in a quiet office space but there will be many instances where they will be required to maneuver the floor to assist and collaborate with peers.
