About the Team

This role is in Delivery & Adoption which is part of CTO organization. Delivery & Adoption is responsible for coordinating the delivery of emerging technology using best practice program management and driving adoption, globally at Citi.

About the Role

This is a senior and hands-on role. The Generative AI Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders at all levels within the organization from Technical SMEs, specialist, users, vendors, end-users, and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will coordinate the delivery and adoption of Generative AI initiatives, executing top-down strategies (platform adoption/processes) for Citi, navigating regulatory compliance, company’s policies and coordinating federated teams.

Experience

  • Solid knowledge of Program Management techniques including Prince2 and Agile

  • Background in delivering and driving adoption of AI, Generative AI or other emerging technology

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight evolving timelines and multiple priorities

  • Hands-on experience working in a highly regulated environment with processes which must be adhered to

  • Demonstrated stakeholder management at all levels within the organization

  • Demonstrated partnership with supporting functions (compliance, finance, regulatory risk, etc.)

  • 10+ years’ experience in change management for large multi-national organization (preferred)

  • Investment banking background useful

  • Technical experience with JIRA and Confluence useful
