Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

The Sales Operations Administrator works collaboratively with Sales & Business Development, Proposals, and Operations to support the regular monitoring and assessment of electronic bidding and tender opportunities, maintain Dexterra profiles on relevant bidding sites and procurement portals and assist in the maintenance of relevant records and data associated with these activities.

The Sales Operations Administrator will assist the Proposals Team in the formatting and production of bid documentation and collect, analyze, and report on Sales & Business Development key performance indicators and support sales executives with.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Working on a creative team that is driven to succeed while focusing on achieving desired results.

  • Daily monitoring of electronic bidding and tender platforms and identification of opportunities relevant to Dexterra.

  • Regular reporting of potential opportunities and activities on bidding sites and procurement portals to relevant stakeholders (Operations and Sales & Business Development).

  • Ensure Dexterra profiles on relevant bidding sites and procurement portals remain current.

  • Create and maintain ongoing records and data related to the above activities.

  • Participate in the sharing of best practice and performance improvement activities.

  • Administrative assistance to Sales Executives.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Post secondary education; college diploma and/or university degree.

  • 2 or more years of relevant working experience

  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Advanced oral and written communication skills

  • Experience coordinating work within a cross functional group; given a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
