Objectives
Responsible for the safe operation of various assembly machines.
Operates to ensure effective utilization of machines to maintain production requirements, quality standards and continuously improve the process.
Produce quality parts, on time, in the quantities defined by the production schedule.
Principle Duties
Interpret machine prints and product dimension specifications for production.
Complete in-process quality checks with gauges and related quality equipment.
Performs set-up, by determining tooling and wire required, and operates various assembly machines as needed.
Performs preventive maintenance as required.
Properly fill out production reports and other required forms.
Record production transactions including inspections in SAP.
Any other task as directed by supervisor or manager.
