Facilities Maintenance Technician

Currently hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in the Mokena, IL area. Hiring immediately.

Job Description:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting.

• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting for facility-related issues, such as leaks, electrical faults, and structural damage.

• Oversee the maintenance of the plant's exterior, including landscaping, parking lots, and building integrity.

• Ensure all building systems are in compliance with safety regulations and codes.

• Monitor and maintain security systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.

• Maintain records of building maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.

• Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.

• Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize operational disruptions.

• Participate in renovations or construction projects within the facility, assisting with installations and structural adjustments as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
