Monroe Environmental Corp Welder / Fabricator in Monroe, Michigan
The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms. Our custom design and build equipment includes fabrications (steel, stainless or fiberglass) electrical, piping, fans, motors, blowers, drives, gaskets and valves.
Qualified candidates shall have 3-5 years minimum experience in: MIG, TIG, Flux Core, Blueprint Reading.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
- Install and repair various equipment and components
- Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
- Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
- Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
- Average of 45-55 hours per week
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years prior experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
- Familiar with welding tools and procedures
- Familiar with engineering blueprints and schematics
Ability to handle physical workload
