Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Monroe, North Carolina

Maintenance Technician Job Openings

Direct Hire

12, 2-2-3 work schedule (paid for 8 reg hours, 4 OT hours each shift)

Quarterly bonus

A large manufacturing company located in Monroe is hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for immediate hire. Qualified candidates must have the knowledge and abilities that include mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics.

These openings are DIRECT HIRE and hours will be 6:00pm-6:00am on a 2-2-3 rotation schedule. Pay will range from $77,000-$90,000/year based on experience and will include a $2 shift differential added to your based salary.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production related equipment

  • Troubleshoot using manuals, schematics and diagrams to diagnose issues

  • Install, maintain and upgrade 3 phase motors, AC/DC circuits and understand basic relay logic

  • Perform basic welding operations and fabrication

  • Follow all company and equipment safety guidelines and rules
