Ocean Beauty Seafoods Fish Smoker in Monroe, Washington
Our smokehouse is expanding with customer orders coming in fast and furious! We smoke and cut many different salmon products. Our production lines are running at full capacity and we need someone that wants to learn how to smoke our salmon. Overtime and weekends are required. Pay starting at $18.25, depending on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- You will load, season, and operate smokers pulling product when cooked and adding raw product when needed.* *
- We will train you on quality and smoking procedures and give you the knowledge and familiarity with smoking operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires a self-starter with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team and follow written and verbal directions.
- Ability to work in noisy, wet, and cold conditions with strong aroma of smoked products.
- We supply ear and eye protection you supply sturdy rubber boots.

BONUS PROGRAM:
- After 60 days of employment - $500 hiring bonus
- After 90 days of employment - Additional $500 bonus
- There is also a $500 bonus for successful referrals after they've completed 90 days
