Detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Support Specialist with proven experience in managing customer inquiries, booking transportation services, and coordinating with drivers to ensure seamless service delivery. Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
    • Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Maintain and update office files and databases.
  2. Scheduling & Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Manage calendars for team members or executives.
  3. Customer Service:

    • Greet and assist visitors or clients in a professional manner.
    • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  4. Office Management:

    • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
    • Ensure office equipment is maintained and troubleshoot minor issues.
  5. Data Management:

    • Input, track, and retrieve data in spreadsheets or software systems.
    • Generate regular reports for management or team members.
  6. Team Support:

    • Assist various departments with tasks or special projects.
    • Provide onboarding support for new employees.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
