Job Description:
Business System Analysis
Work Location: US – California/Monrovia (The candidate need to visit customer at Monrovia on need basis)
Exp: 8+ yrs
Business System Analysis , SQL skills(Oracle and SQL Server databases) , MS Excel
At least 8/9 years proven track record as a business systems analyst or business analyst with solid experience in requirements elicitation process through interviews, brainstorming, focus group, and prototyping expertise in writing software requirements, process modeling, and data mapping
must have good experience on the retail store systems
Document and Analyze store processes such as Ordering and Receiving, and office processed like Opening New Stores
Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple deliverables in a fast paced work environment with changing priorities
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, ability to adapt communication style based on situation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to quickly assess design options, make informed recommendations
Proficiency with various software applications, including but not limited to: MS Office, MS Visio, Confluence, Jira
Proficiency in writing database queries (SQL Server) is a Plus
Experience working in an agile environment is preferred
Extensive problem solving experience, conducting and identifying root cause analysis, escalating issues as necessary
Should have SQL skills and experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases
Confident, self aware team player open to receiving and providing feedback to peers and colleagues
Must possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
