Position Purpose
Store Setup supervisor.- Inspects the building for a new store and reports conditions and minimum safety requirements before receiving fixtures trucks. After verification, holds an introductory meeting with the new store crew for training. Receives and review all store drawings and planograms such as fixtures placement, planogram placement and equipment locations. Plans the store staff tasks and coordinates for two weeks all setup duties till completion. Delivers the store to store operations for opening.
Primary Accountabilities
Coordination with contractors and construcion department for building standards and services provided such as electricians, alarms, door locks, IT Install.
Fixtures and merchandise truck deliveries coordination. Store fixtures and testing equipment inventory control.
Front and face products, in store signage install, testing equipment installation.
Teaching and coaching store staff and set up crew team, fixtures setupcontrol, planogram placement and product handling.
Education & Experience
Level of Formal Education: A formal training program after high school.
Area of Study: Operations / Construction / Store
Years of Experience: Two to three years.
Type of Experience: Operations / Construction / Store
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Light tools handling, mechanical and electrical tools, Jack Pallet
Other/Preferred: Understading and interpreting store drawing layouts, assembly instructions, good comunication and coordination skills.
