Sedlack's Auto Body Auto Body Technician Assistant in Monticello, New York
Overview: Sedlack's Auto Body is seeking an Auto Body Technician Assistant in Monticello.
The Auto Body Technician Assistant will assist the Auto Body Tech with Auto Body repair and restore damaged vehicles. This is a labor intensive position, which requires refinishing repair surfaces by sanding, buffing, and applying paint and sealants. Replace auto parts that caused malfunctions or were damaged in accidents. Determine the extent of damage and estimate the cost of repair. Test the engine performance and safety of the vehicles after repairs are made. Observe safety regulations and manufacturer standards in the repair process. Skills required to perform this job; Knowledge of power tools and using hand tools Must follow directions and be motivated to learn
Requirements: Must have Auto Body experience in an Auto Body Shop Driver's License Reference Check 6 months' probation
Shift and Salary: This is a Monday-Friday, First Shift, Full-time, Salary is based on experience, starting at $15.00 - $20 hourly. Uniforms provided.
