*Position Overview: * As a team member in our 3rd shift Foam department, you'll be an essential part of a small production team. This role involves cross-training at multiple workstations, allowing you to assist with various tasks as needed. Our 3rd shift team primarily focuses on producing foam components for the amusement park industry, making your contributions vital to our success. Flexibility and teamwork will be key as you help us deliver high-quality products in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate hand and pneumatic tools
- Maintain and prepare molds for processing
- Assemble, disassemble, and inspect parts
- Collaborate with your team to ensure high-quality and timely task completion
- Adhere to safety protocols and minimize risks
- Contribute to an environment that values continuous improvement
- Utilize production-driven software
Requirements:
- Willingness to get fitted for a respirator
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (solo or with assistance)
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime
Shift Details:
- Schedule: Third shift, Sunday -- Thursday (morning) 9:00 PM -- 7:30 AM.
- Shift Differential: 15% additional pay for third shift hours (included in the starting rate).
- Special Requirements: Must be willing to use a respirator and be clean-shaven.
