Intel SAP System Analyst - AR, Credit and Collections in Montpelier, Vermont

Job Description

We are seeking an IT System Analyst with SAP AR, Credit & Collections experience along with a strong track record of building end to end system solutions to support business requirements. This requires partnering and collaboration across business groups while leading innovation and positive change.

The SAP AR, Credit & Collections System Analyst is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Leading an agile team that designs, builds, and deploys the next generation of optimized accounts receivable, customer credit, and collections solutions at Intel, leveraging leading edge SAP S4/HANA technology.

  • All aspects of the development process including requirements gathering with key stakeholders, developing technical design, configuring the new system, interfacing with various applications and teams, solution development, and deployment.

  • Defining systems requirements, designing, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under deadlines.

  • Implementing the designed solution meeting business needs and advising on best practices in their area.

  • Managing solution scope within standard software capabilities to degree possible.

  • Working with other process and solution leads to communicate cross functional requirements.

  • Assisting business teams with Problem and Incident Management.

  • Working closely with the SAP Development teams to create custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces to solve business issues.

  • Troubleshooting SAP system technical and functional issues, coordinating issue resolution across appropriate teams in a timely and professional manner.

  • Supporting and improving existing functionality.

  • Coaching & mentoring other team members.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field, or a combination of additional education/relevant experience (e.g. military, trade school, work, etc.).

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, with ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to SAP leveraging BAPIs and other standard SAP tools.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP ERP systems, with at least 2 of those years working with SAP accounts receivables, collections management, dispute management, credit management, and/or integration of these components with the larger ERP system.

  • Strong understanding of transactional process flows in SAP.

  • Ability to lead requirements and influence the design of repeatable and scalable processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating across multiple organizations, business partners and stakeholders.

  • Expertise in large scale business transformation.

  • Experience driving the design, development, testing and implementation of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows in AR, collections, dispute and/or credit management.

  • Experience with SAP GL configuration and of Intercompany processes.

  • Experience in FI integration with Order to Cash processes.

  • Exposure to SAP RAR, SAP BRIM and/or Vistex.

  • Agile/Scrum experience.

  • SAP S4 experience.

  • Experience in the software engineering development lifecycle process.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $99,487.00-$149,235.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
