Actuellement, l’équipe de Ponts et Tunnels est à la recherche d'un Concepteur senior de projets majeurs - Ponts et tunnels pour se joindre à notre bureau de Montréal.
Idéalement vous avez :
Baccalauréat en génie civil avec spécialisation en structures
Maîtrise en structure privilégiée
10+ années d'expérience professionnelle en conception de ponts et tunnels
Membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec ou d’une autre province Canadienne
Connaissance avancée des normes de ponts (incluant la norme CAN/CSA-S6) et des logiciels d'analyse structurale (SAP, CSiBridge, ADA, etc.)
Les certifications du MTQ (conception, inspection, entretien, construction et réparation des structures, etc.) sont un atout
La connaissance du français est requise pour les postes situés en permanence au Québec afin que le titulaire puisse communiquer au besoin avec ses collègues et partenaires au Québec. Une formation en français est offerte à tout titulaire d’un poste permanent au Québec qui ne possède pas une bonne connaissance du français.
Autre exigence linguistique
La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise pour ce poste afin de communiquer avec les collègues, les clients et les partenaires (ou les fournisseurs) situés à l’extérieur du Québec, et de comprendre la documentation technique et scientifique disponible dans le domaine de notre industrie.
Avec nous, vous pourrez :
Agir à titre de concepteur principal en structures et de chargé de la discipline structure dans des projets majeurs de conception et de réfection de ponts et tunnels.
Coordonner le travail avec les clients et superviser et encadrer l’équipe de structure ainsi que les autres disciplines impliquées dans les projets (génie routier, maintien de la circulation, géotechnique, environnement, électricité, planification, etc.).
Participer à la préparation et la vérification des livrables (études d’opportunité et d’avant-projets, évaluations de capacité portante, évaluations sismiques, analyses structurales, plans, devis, estimations et échéancier des travaux, etc.).
Exécuter d'autres activités d’ingénierie associées à ce poste, au besoin.

Currently, the Bridge and Tunnel Team is looking for a Senior Structural Designer for Major Projects - Bridges and Tunnels to join our Montreal office.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Civil Engineering with specialization in structures
Masters in structural engineering strongly preferred
10+ years of professional experience in bridge and tunnel design
Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec or of another Canadian province
Advanced knowledge of bridge standards (including CAN/CSA-S6) and structural analysis software (SAP, CSiBridge, ADA, etc.)
MTQ certifications (design, inspection, maintenance, construction and repair of structures, etc.) are an asset
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
Other language requirement
Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
Main Responsibilities:
Act as principal structural designer and responsible for the structural discipline in major bridge and tunnel design and repair projects.
Coordinate work with clients, supervise and coach the structural team as well as other disciplines involved in the projects (road engineering, traffic maintenance, geotechnics, environment, electricity, planning, etc.).
Participate in the preparation and verification of deliverables (feasibility and preliminary-design studies, bearing capacity assessments, seismic assessments, structural analyzes, plans, specifications, estimates and work schedules, etc.).
Perform other engineering activities associated with this position, as needed.
