Position Summary
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern based at our Montreal Location to join our Human Resources (HR) team from May 2025 to August 2025. This role will be responsible supporting the team on various HR projects and on operational activities.
A day in the life of a Human Resources Intern
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be working on various projects and gain hands-on practical experience to build your business acumen and develop your HR skills
You will also:
Provide full range of administrative and technical support to Human Resources team.
Support driving process improvements to current HR processes and practices (e.g. recruitment, onboarding process)
Assist in the Design and Development of Training Programs
Support Training Delivery
Evaluate Training Effectiveness
Maintain Learning Materials

You will also:
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a Human Resources program or business-related discipline.
A results and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Assertive, well-organized with the ability to adapt to change.
Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively across all functions and levels.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel).
Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
