Le poste :

Nous recherchons un Recruteur Junior en Technologie , enthousiaste, motivé par les résultats, et désireux d'apprendre. En tant que membre de notre équipe de recrutement en technologie, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la recherche, l'identification et la mise en relation de candidats talentueux pour nos clients dans les secteurs de l'informatique et de la technologie. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne ayant une expérience en agence qui souhaite franchir une nouvelle étape dans sa carrière de recruteur chez Randstad Digital.

Responsabilités principales :

• Assister les recruteurs seniors dans le processus de recrutement complet, de la recherche à l’intégration.

• Identifier et sourcer des candidats potentiels en utilisant des job boards, LinkedIn et d'autres plateformes en ligne.

• Trier les CV et mener des entretiens initiaux pour évaluer les qualifications et l’adéquation des candidats.

• Créer et entretenir des relations avec les candidats, en les guidant tout au long du processus de recrutement.

• Collaborer avec l'équipe pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de placements.

• Participer à la rédaction des descriptions de poste et à la publication d’annonces sur différentes plateformes.

• Se tenir informé des tendances de l'industrie technologique afin de mieux comprendre les besoins des clients et les profils des candidats.

• Offrir un excellent service client aux candidats et aux clients.

• Contribuer au succès de l’équipe avec des idées novatrices et une attitude positive.

Ce que vous devez apporter :

• Expérience : Entre 0 et 1 an d'expérience en technique de recrutement ou en développement commercial.

The Role: We are seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter who is enthusiastic, results-driven, and eager to learn. As part of our tech recruitment team, you will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and matching talented candidates for our clients in the IT and tech sectors. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who wants to take the next step in their recruitment career at Randstad Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior recruiters with the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Identify and source potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed placement targets.

• Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.

• Stay informed on tech industry trends to better understand client needs and candidate profiles.

• Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.

• Contribute to the team’s success with innovative ideas and a positive attitude.
