ManpowerGroup Fragrance Product Development Assistant in Montvale, New Jersey

Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking a Fragrance Product Development Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have planning, project management and organization skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fragrance Product Development Assistant

Location: Montvale, NJ (hybrid/2 days from home)

Pay Range: $35 - $40 hourly

Contract: 1 Year (extension/conversion possible)

What’s the Job?

  • Support in the project management of fragrance development projects,for global and local brand initiatives, ensuring successful technical development of the fragrances and overall consumer products

  • Work closely with core external partners and in conjunction with multiple cross functional business partners.

  • Document management and tracking

  • Communicate and partner with external vendors on projects to request samples and documentation

  • Track project status’ using internal trackers and systems

What’s Needed?

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, Chemistry, etc.

  • 2+ years of proven Project Management experience within a cross-functional, international, and multi-cultural environment

  • Good technical problem-solving skills, with 2+ years of technical R&D product development experience preferred

  • Passion or interest in fragrance industry

  • Experience in external vendor management, including key administration and documentation management
