Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in MOON TWP, Pennsylvania. This role is predominantly in the Wholesale Distribution industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for reviewing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining precise records. This position requires strong PC literacy, analytical skills, and proficiency with 10 key skills.
Responsibilities:
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy to ensure all payments are made in a timely manner.
• Utilize PC OS and templates to process customer credit applications effectively.
• Maintain precise records of all transactions, including invoices and payments.
• Use 10 key skills for data entry tasks, ensuring all data is accurately and efficiently entered.
• Process customer credit applications and monitor customer accounts for necessary action.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Utilize Invoice Processing skills to manage and organize invoices.
• Perform regular audits to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve set objectives and maintain high customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and systems
• Demonstrated ability in Payment Processing
• Knowledge and use of 10 Key skills
• Ability to use and create templates for daily tasks
• Familiarity with PC Operating Systems (PC OS)
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Skills in assessing and executing Replacement tasks
• Ability to Review Invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Possession of a degree in finance, business or a related field would be advantageous.
