WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Wholesale Team Lead (Warehouse Fulfillment) to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Wholesale Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting various Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) tasks and general wholesale activities within the warehouse fulfillment operations (Pick/Pack). Your responsibilities will include creating labels, managing Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), organizing workflows, and collaborating on overall warehouse efficiency. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
Generate and oversee the accurate creation of product labels, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company specifications
Assist in the preparation and submission of Advanced Shipping Notices, ensuring timely and precise communication of shipment details to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate closely with the Wholesale Supervisor to execute EDI processes efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and maintain smooth electronic communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Keep organized records of EDI transactions, labels, and other pertinent documentation to facilitate seamless warehouse fulfillment operations and audits
Work closely with the Wholesale Supervisor and cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated and efficient wholesale fulfillment process
Oversee wholesale warehouse associated, and when necessary, temporary staff on multiple projects
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Bilingual: Fluent English and Spanish (speaking & written) mandatory
