Gentiva Accounts Payable Lead in Mooresville, North Carolina

Overview

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Lead to join our team.

You will report directly to the Accounts Payable Director. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties that includes processing high volume accounts payable, posting and coding, routing invoices for approval, and full cycle processing of the room and board process as a liaison between the branches, billing, and SNF facilities.

  • Vendor setup requests including collection of W-9’s

  • Reviews invoices and check requests for appropriate coding

  • Vendor reconciliations

  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

About You

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 3 years’ experience with full cycle AP (from data entry to check processing)

  • 1-3 years accounts payable and general accounting experience

  • Proficiency in Accounting software, Great Plains experience preferred

  • Basic understanding of contracts related to SNF, GIP, and Respite claims
