ManpowerGroup Workday Security Administrator in Mooresville, North Carolina
Our Retail domain client is seeking a Workday Security Administrator to join their team. As a Workday Security Administrator, you will be part of the Client supporting Team. The ideal candidate will have Workday Security ,Workday Administration & HCM which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Workday Security Administrator
Location: Remote but from EST/CST ONLY
Pay Rate: $70-75/hr.
Job Description:
Workday Security – 2 yrs experience
Workday Administration – 5 yrs experience
Workday certifications are an added bonus, but not required
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in designing, building, testing, implementing, deploying, and/or administering Workday Human Capital Management (HCM)
2+ years of experience in Workday security administration
Workday Pro or Consultant HCM and Security Certifications highly preferred
Knowledge of complex security design across multiple Workday modules, including Recruit, Learning, Talent, and core HCM
Experience with very large or retail organizations preferred
Job Description:
Administering user access reviews and supporting periodic updates for Workday
Assisting with all security audits and coordinating with both internal and external auditors
Investigation, management, and deployment of security issues and enhancements
Configuration and maintenance of various security groups such as role-based, user-based, segmented, intersection, aggregation, and organization memberships
Analyze existing security design and recommend simplification opportunities and best practices
Defining security governance and controls based on data privacy and security best practices
Providing guidance and recommendations on projects, activities, enhancement requests, break fixes, etc.
Identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and improvements to security design
Providing security design recommendations to business partners and senior leaders
Assist with other core Workday HCM initiatives, as needed
