A Typical Day
The Assistant Vice President Servicing Project Management Operations (PMO) is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives and cross-divisional projects assigned to the Project Managers and Business Analysts on the team.
The Assistant VP Servicing PMO will:
Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and support the needs of a growth-oriented company
Participate, and frequently lead, analysis, design, training, testing, implementation and support of targeted solutions
Develop and distribute documentation to user community, as needed
Manage Project Managers and Business Analysts who manage multiple projects
Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology Management, Project Management or related field desired
7+ years of project management experience in related field and 2 plus years managing staff
Project Management Certification (PMP) is strongly preferred
Project management skills, including the ability to execute and prioritize a number of tasks/work streams simultaneously is required
Must have experience establishing, running or significantly changing a project based team
Understanding of IT environments, technologies and processes with regard to business needs required
Experience in applying project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, enterprise project management applications and templates)
Must be an experienced user of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of systems; SQL experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
