Job Title: 1st Shift Shipper Supervisor
Job Description
Join our team as a Shipper Supervisor overseeing our shipping department during the 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm. You will be responsible for managing all shipping activities including prioritizing jobs, conducting final shipment inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. In the absence of the Shipping Manager, you will cover all managerial duties and ensure the smooth operation of the department. Your role will also involve participating in departmental meetings and communicating the status of assigned goals to keep the team focused and motivated.

Work Environment
Metal shop manufacturing company with a company size of 48 employees. The work environment consists of a large warehouse building with mostly individual work cells, primarily focused on welding and painting. The pace and activities in the workplace change frequently, requiring adaptability and effective communication among team members.
