West Virginia Employer Property/Site Manager in Morgantown, West Virginia
Qualifications: Property Manager needed for low income multi-family complex in Morgantown, WV. Experience with LIHTC and other housing preferred but not required. Will train. Some customer service and clerical experience preferred. No drivers license required but must have dependable transportation to be at work on time. Description: Will be overseeing all areas of the housing complex. Responding to questions or concerns and providing tours of facility. Will maintain paperwork and reporting documentation. Hours are flexible but work can be Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm. No benefits. $12.00 per hour or more. Wages and hours will be discussed at interview.
