Job Description Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Westmor Industries is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Morris, MN. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Territory Managers, addressing sales inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Assist Territory Managers by generating quotes and addressing sales inquiries for Westmor product lines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer calls and inquiries.
  • Obtain pricing and specifications for special products, liaising with vendors.
  • Conduct internet research to enhance product knowledge.
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed on quotes and orders status.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure order integrity by communicating customer needs effectively.
  • Incorporate feedback internally and externally to improve quote accuracy.
  • Monitor sold orders and production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
  • Regularly update standard pricing and publish annually.
  • Review or create complex quotes and estimates when necessary.
  • Source alternate solutions and provide customer updates as needed.
  • Manage parts inventory and cross-train parts team on product knowledge.
  • Review competitive market pricing and support warranty cases.
  • Support IQ/Salesforce system and utilize Salesforce dashboards for workflow tracking.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with written, oral communication, and phone skills.
  • Ability to use and understand Windows-based software, MS Excel, ERP Sales Module, Internet Research, and Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle fast-paced work.
