Build, install, configure, administer, maintain and support various computer system/servers and hardware. Install, deploy and monitor overall server, and systems infrastructure and be responsible for documentation, analysis and recommendations. Recommend hardware and software upgrades and deploy security standards on a daily basis for server and call support. Establish and implement policies and procedures for network usage and monitor reliability and security of systems infrastructure and operating systems across multiple platforms. Administer and troubleshoot servers, storage and backup. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues. Develop monitoring solutions, perform system and software maintenance, and implement solutions. Develop standards and procedures for measuring product quality and release readiness. Implemented infrastructure automation through software installation and configuration updates. Created shell scripts to automate processes and activities. Experience must include: Oracle, Java, J2EE, Control-M, Tivoli, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Linux, UNIX, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Python, RHEL, SAN, SNMP, MySQL, SVN, CSS, Javascript, JSON.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, Information Technology Management, Engineering (Any), or related with 6 months of relevant IT experience in job offered or as a Computer / Engineering Professional. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable.
