Kroll, LLC Specialist, Treasury in Morristown, New Jersey
Our Treasury Specialist will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Treasury department.
Note: This position will be hybrid in our Morristown office.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Calculating discounts for AR related to the factoring program and provide the details and support to accounting for entry.
Tracking or facilitating and reconciling the associated cash transfers between the participating factoring entities
Ensure invoices are appropriately generated for inter-company transactions
Ensure all cash transfers have appropriate documentation/reasons
Working with transfer pricing to ensure that appropriate profits are being earned by the servicing entity in the factoring arrangement(s).
Work with tax to ensure tax-efficient cash movement
Track and maintain list of bank accounts and the related signatory authority
Essential traits:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Will graduate from an accredited program between June 2017 and August 2018
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A self-starter, detail oriented, possess strong quantitative and analytical skills and strong organizational skills
