Through collaboration across our value chain, particularly with our International Sales organization, we're advancing our sustainability efforts, including decarbonization. The Lenovo 360 Circle, our Channel Sustainability Community, is pivotal in accelerating this journey towards more sustainable business models.

Our team is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic NA (North America) Sustainability Success Manager to support the design and the implementation of an innovative and collaborative strategy and action plan with our downstream ecosystem. As part of our team, your key responsibilities will be:

Related to the Lenovo 360 Circle / Channel Partners:

  • Be the point of contact for the geo channel organization

  • Represent the voice of the partners to provide input into every core solution, marketing, and sales process by collecting key customer ESG strategic needs.

  • Update the geo channel organization on strategy deployment and performance results

  • Work closely with the partners and Lenovo channel reps in helping them during the Lenovo 360 Circle application process

Related to the overall International Sales Organization (ISO):

  • Be the point of contact for the geo customer relationship organization

  • Understand sustainability customer strategy and ESG related objectives

  • Work with the account team to develop a clear sustainability win strategy for each bid and ensure win themes are clear and compelling.

  • Prepare and review the ESG aspects of the bid, ensuring Lenovo’s sustainability value proposition is included in the final offer to the customer.

  • Involve sustainability SMEs from different BUs and functions to ensure ESG Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.

  • Contributing to the sustainability written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation

  • Co-ordinate and plan all client sustainability related presentations required as part of the bid submission.

Base Requirements:

  • 5+ work experience as Sustainability success manager / subject matter expert in a global and complex organization or in a comparable role.

  • 5+ work experience in a senior sales position including proven experience in face-to-face customer relationship management (C-Level)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of sustainability key challenges in the ICT industry

  • Strong knowledge of ESG business and financial principles as well as in Sustainable Project Management

  • Strong analytics and strategic/critical thinking skills

  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

  • Outstanding organization, presentation, and time management skills

  • Degree in Sustainability Management, Business Management, or related field (MBA recommended)

  • Language: fluent English – other languages are a plus.

  • Strong Creativity, Self-driven, Empathy, Teaming and Tenacity will be key successful leadership skills for this role.
