P&G IT community is looking for an IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager to join our Eastern Europe Digital Workplace Services team based in Moscow! In this role, you will be responsible for the management of Site IT Operations and Infrastructure projects in our General Offices in Russia, Moscow and Kazakhstan, Almaty. This is your chance to work on interesting global projects with highly skilled and fun people. We will provide you with all the necessary training and knowledge to perform well during your journey at P&G.
What Can You Expect?
In this role, you will be overseeing IT Operations and Infrastructure of two sites (offices) and managing strategic partners, i.e., HCL and Xerox. You will act as a delivery manager for General Business Services and projects in such areas as O365, Network, Mobility, Voice, PCs, Printing, IT Employee Care, etc.
You will have the opportunity to:
Interact directly with top management (local GMs, Department Heads) and all site users
Develop strategic partnerships and govern the existing vendors
Build up processes and controls to maintain IT and Business Continuity Plans

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary starting from 160 000 RUB gross
Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 5 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, including network architecture, servers, voice, and AVT (audio-video technologies)
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity
Experience in supervising teamwork and running projects
Strong communication skills to be able to collaborate with various levels of stakeholders including external partners and internal users
A deep interest in the area of automation, user experience, workplace digitization
Eagerness to leverage data analytics for better results
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
A higher education diploma
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field would be preferable (not mandatory)
