Position Summary
Big Bend Community College (BBCC), a rural college serving vibrant, culturally rich communities in the Columbia Basin of Central Washington invites applications for a Assistant Director of the Big Bend Community College (BBCC) Foundation.
The Assistant Director of the BBCC Foundation is responsible for the daily oversight and management of the Big Bend Community College Foundation. Under the direction of the Executive Director of the BBCC Foundation, this position is responsible to produce and monitor the annual budget, coordinate activities with college departments, manage workflow and special project, and ensure critical processes and services are maintained and delivered. The Assistant Director provides primary support to the BBCC Foundation Board and serves as a liaison between the BBCC Foundation Board, the Executive Director and the campus community. This position is responsible for carrying out coordinated, best-practice-driven fundraising and alumni and donor relations, as well as the planning and implementation of programs, projects, and events to strategically engage constituents with the ongoing annual philanthropy.
The position reports to the Executive Director of the BBCC Foundation and acts as the director in their absence. This position works closely with the BBCC Foundation Board of Directors, the President and leadership of the college, the college community, and members of the service district.
