Philips Procurement Intern for Russia & Central Asia in Moskva, Russia

As a Procurement Intern for Russia & Central Asia you will be part of the EMEA East market procurement team and support the RCA Health Systems market with daily procurement activities. It includes general supplier communication, collecting supplier quotes and helping with supplier qualifications for customer projects.

Market Procurement supports the Philips Health Systems Sales teams to sell solutions to hospitals and doctors. Market procurement is purchasing everything which Philips is not producing by themselves but want to resell to customers as part of a solution. With this market procurement directly contributes to the Philips vision to improve the lives of billions of people.

Your role:

  • Supplier onboarding and communication

  • Contracting new suppliers

  • Supporting business in procurement activities

  • Vendor Master Data management

  • Working with procurement tools: e.g. Ariba

  • Administrative duties: preparing reports, assist in collecting data, and file records

You are a right fit, if you are:

  • Currently enrolled in a university towards Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • Availabile 30 hours+ a week (hybrid working mode: 3 days in the office, 2 days remotely)

  • Can read and understand the legal language of the contracts both in Russian and English

  • Good command of MS Excel

  • Very communicative and structured

  • High level of accuracy and strong execution skills

  • Self-driven and pro-active attitude, ability to work independently
